CONTEST RULES-General

Kinder Productions, Inc. dba Big Billy Kinder Outdoors

Contests are open to legal residents of the continental United States 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Kinder Productions, Inc., News/Talk 820 & 96.7 WBAP, KPIR 1420, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, their parent, affiliate, subsidiary, or successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers, sponsors, and immediate family members of the above.  Contests entries must include entrant’s name, address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers, and email address if available.  When individual contests require, birth-date will also have to be included. 

LIMITATIONS:  One winner per household, listeners can only win one Big Billy Kinder Outdoors contest (including, but not limited to:  phone in, email, or postal entry) once every 60 days.  In the event of contests requiring telephone or fax entries, sponsors are not responsible for the inability of caller to complete the call within specified time whether due to telephone equipment malfunctions, disconnections, busy lines, or other circumstances.  Only calls to the designated telephone number will be eligible to win.  In the event of contests requiring mail entries (postal or electronic), Big Billy Kinder Outdoors and its sponsors are not responsible for the timeliness of delivery or electronic malfunctions that may effect the delivery or content of the entry, neither are they responsible for misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or lost mail.  Decision of the judges is final.  All participants agree to be bound by these rules.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.   

PRIZES:  Prizes are specified within individual contest rules.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable (Unless ruled appropriate by the judges at the time of dispersing).  No substitution or cash equivalent will be made.  Big Billy Kinder Outdoors, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the awarded prize is unavailable for any reason.   

CLAIMING THE PRIZE:  Winners agree to provide proof of age and identity (photo identification a must) and to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification, and release within 30 days of winning.  Prizes can be mailed, so long as winner completes a mail release form and also provides copy of photo identification.  Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize.  Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.   

PUBLICITY RELEASE:  Participation constitutes permission for Big Billy Kinder Outdoors and Kinder Productions, Inc., without further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner’s name, voice, photos, address, and likeness for promotional purposes.

CONTEST RULES-WIN a Guided Fishing Trip w/Big Billy-You & 1 Guest guided by Metroplex Guide Service

GENERAL CONTEST RULES APPLY.

DATES:  Begins May 2013. 

Entries will end on day of drawing, August 31, 2013.
Trip will take place during Fall or Winter of 2013 by February 28, 2014 

REGISTRATION:  People can enter the Contest by registering at announced events/locations.  Registration slips will be provided by Big Billy Kinder Outdoors.  One entry per person per event location.  Events/locations can continue to be added to the contest until the day of the drawing.  People can register online at www.bigbillykinderoutdoors.com.  One entry per person online/general ad.  Big Billy Kinder Outdoors can choose to accept registrations on the day of the drawing.  Additional registrations can be made through the E-SNEAK PEEK process available to people who “Join the Monthly E-SNEAK PEEKS” by signing up on the Big Billy Kinder Outdoors website OR by joining the E-SNEAK PEEKS by registering for any contests at designated events/locations.  Additional registrations can be prompted by social media promotion, mailings on air announcements.

PRIZE:  One Winner’s name will be drawn from all registrations.  That winner will be able to invite 1 other guest (Any age) on the trip.  If the guest is under age 18 years, Metroplex Guide Service has the authority to determine if the young “guest” is eligible to fish.  Prize includes (1) Half Day Guided Catfish Fishing trip.  Prize includes Guide, Boat, fishing gear, bate and all supplies needed on trip.  Prize includes LUNCH after the fishing trip.  Prize includes cleaning, and preparing fish fillets for transport home.  All transportation and costs associated with transportation to and from the lake are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or guest.  All parties will meet at designated lake early morning on the day of the fishing trip.  The trip will end by early afternoon on the day of the trip.  The trip will take place on dates that are available for Metroplex Guide Service, weekday, Big Billy Kinder and staff and the WINNER and Guest.  If dates cannot be agreed upon, the Winner and Guest can claim their prize without Big Billy Kinder/BBKO staff being present by February 28, 2014 as agreed upon with Metroplex Guide Service. 

RESTRICTIONS:  The guides have the right to refuse the winner and/or guest the use of the fishing equipment if the guides deem that boat or persons would be in danger.  Winner and Guest MUST provide proof of a Texas Fishing License before the morning of the fishing trip.  Kinder Productions, Inc., Metroplex Guide Service, owners and employees are not responsible for any injury to winner and/or guest.  Winner and guest are required to Sign a Release before departing on the trip.  One entry per person.  Winner & Guest will provide for themselves appropriate fishing clothing, sunglasses, skin protection and personal preference clothing, etc.  This prize is void if not claimed by February 28, 2014.  An unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
